Castle Rock Collaboration Community Covenant WE ARE A COMMUNITY of diverse individuals who have been brought together by the beauty of Castle Valley. From the Colorado River to the La Sal Mountains, from Porcupine Rim to Castle Rock, we are nourished and inspired by the wildlands that surround us. It is our desire as neighbors to create, as Wallace Stegner has said, "a society to match the scenery," a vision that sustains an ethic of place. IN THE PRESENCE of Castleton Tower, we hereby create a covenant with these lands, that as good stewards we commit ourselves to protecting the natural character of this valley. THE CASTLE ROCK COLLABORATION is dedicated to the process of listening to the land and each other, working together to minimize the pressures of growth, ensuring the health and majesty of this pocket of peace we call home.
